IKEA meatball - Better than ikea meatball

This recipe is also used to make hamburg patty but the brown sauce and cooking mehod of the hamburg follows the Just one cookbook hamburg recipe.

following the ratio of the packaging, daddy derived the following - beef is about 2/3, pork is about 1/3. So use the below recipe and the family say is good, much softer. But this time use premium mince beef from chilled shelf instead of frozen shelf.
