Made with 3 chicken thighs (my usual size of 1 chicken thigh will be half of 1 frozen piece of thigh from Sadia or seara brand).
Used the ingredients as per original recipe because I think my 1 piece of thigh is quite a big piece.
10mins of air frying is sufficient (means chicken chop is cooked through) to cook 2 pieces in a tray.
Chicken chop is tasty, juciy , not dry.
Original Recipe :
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp corn flour
- 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- White pepper
- Garlic powder
Instructions :
1. Mix everything well with the chicken thighs and let marinate for at least 10 minutes. Longer if possible.
2. Place chicken skin side up in the air fryer.
3. Air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Cook slightly longer if your chicken pieces are larger or thicker.
